JACQUES CHRÉTIEN
Jacques Chretien is a distinguished French chef with an extensive international
career, celebrated for his unique culinary identity that upholds the essence of
French gastronomy.
Throughout his career, he has led esteemed establishments such as Tour d'Argent
in Paris, Chez Bruneau in Brussels, and Maxim's de Paris in Mexico City.
In 2005, he was inducted as a Maître Cuisinier de France (French Master Chef).
Currently, he is the chef-owner of "Artisan Restaurant" in Saint Lucia, a restaurant
renowned for its refined cuisine and elegant ambiance. Artisan Restaurant has
been recognized by National Geographic as one of the best restaurants in the
world, a testament to Jacques' dedication to culinary excellence.
KEVIN DIRSON
Kevin Dirson, son of Jacques Chretien, was immersed in the family's culinary
passion from a young age. He honed his skills under the mentorship of renowned
Chefs such as Éric Frechon at Épicure, Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athénée, and served
as junior sous-chef at Tour d'Argent.
In 2024, he was inducted as a Maître Cuisiner de France and now serves as the
executive Chef at Artisan Restaurant, celebrated by National Geographic as one
of the world's finest dining destinations.
Together, Jacques Chrétien and Kevin Dirson form an exceptional father-son duo,
delivering an unfrogettable culinary experience at Artisan Restaurant in
